Service Agreement
Effective Date: May 13, 2026. This Service Agreement governs access to and use of website content, business support channels, technical services, and mobile applications provided by Chengdu Mengdayang Technology Co., Ltd.

- Artificial intelligence technology promotion services.
- Big data services.
- Cloud computing equipment technology services.
- Digital content production services.
- Intelligent control system integration.
- Low-voltage system engineering services.
- Sales of security equipment, smart home equipment, electromechanical equipment, and digital products.
- Network engineering design and maintenance.
- Advertising design, production, and agency services.
- Brand planning and business information consulting.
- Domestic trade agency.
- Mobile management application development, publishing, and operation for Google Play, Apple App Store, and other lawful channels.
3. Eligibility and Acceptance
- You must have legal authority to accept this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, app marketplace rules, and contractual obligations.
- By accessing our website, services, or applications, you agree to this Service Agreement and our Privacy Agreement.
4. App Marketplace Terms and Operational Constraints
4.1 Google Play
- Use of apps distributed through Google Play is subject to Google Play Terms of Service, Developer Program Policies, and policy updates.
- Users must not attempt to bypass platform billing, permissions, security controls, anti-abuse protections, or content restrictions.
4.2 Apple App Store
- Use of apps distributed through Apple App Store is subject to Apple Media Services Terms, App Store Review requirements, and platform technical constraints.
- Users must not reverse engineer, tamper with, or unlawfully redistribute app binaries or protected assets.
5. Country and Regional Compliance Commitments
We provide services in a cross-border context and align operations with applicable laws based on user location, service type, and deployment model. Coverage includes but is not limited to:
- EU/EEA legal framework including GDPR and consumer protection obligations.
- United Kingdom legal framework including UK GDPR and consumer law requirements.
- United States federal and state-level data, advertising, and consumer protection rules.
- Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other jurisdictions with specific data and digital service requirements.
- Additional local market rules applicable to enterprise procurement, trade agency, engineering delivery, and digital advertising services.
6. Age Policy and Acceptable Audience
- Unless specifically stated, our services are intended for business and general audiences.
- If a service is age-restricted by law or platform policy, users below the required age must not use that service without legally required parental or guardian authorization.
- For child or teen audiences where applicable, we apply platform-compliant content and monetization safeguards.
7. Advertising and Monetization Terms
Applications may include ad monetization modules, which can serve App Open, Rewarded Video, Interstitial, and Banner advertisements. Integrated demand partners may include Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, AppLovin MAX, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, Mintegral, Pangle, InMobi, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), Chartboost, Fyber, Moloco, Smaato, Start.io, Digital Turbine, Amazon Publisher Services, Tapjoy, PubMatic, Yandex Ads, and additional lawful partners.
- Ad display behavior may vary by region, age signal, consent status, and partner eligibility.
- Personalized advertising is shown only where allowed by law and user choices.
- Fraudulent interaction with ads is prohibited, including automated clicks, incentivized abuse, and traffic manipulation.
- We may suspend access where abuse, invalid traffic, policy violation, or legal risk is detected.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful information during onboarding and support processes.
- Maintain account confidentiality and internal access control.
- Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Obtain rights and permissions for all third-party content submitted to us.
9. Service Availability and Changes
- We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features due to technical, legal, policy, or operational requirements.
- Planned maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability.
- Where practicable, we provide advance notice of material changes.
10. Intellectual Property
- All software, designs, trademarks, and materials provided by us remain our property or the property of relevant rights holders.
- No license is granted except as expressly stated in writing.
- Unauthorized copying, scraping, republication, resale, or derivative use is prohibited.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect non-public information disclosed during cooperation. Confidential information may only be used for agreed project purposes unless disclosure is required by law.
12. Payment, Tax, and Commercial Terms
- Commercial fees, milestones, billing currency, invoice terms, and tax handling are defined in signed statements of work or purchase agreements.
- Late payment handling, suspension rights, and collection responsibilities follow contract terms and applicable law.
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
- Services are provided in accordance with contractual specifications and applicable law.
- Except as expressly agreed in writing, services are provided on an "as available" basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted marketplace approval, third-party platform continuity, or specific commercial outcomes.
14. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages are excluded.
- Total liability is limited according to signed contract terms and applicable mandatory legal protections.
15. Indemnification
Users or clients shall indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from unlawful content, unauthorized data use, policy violations, or breach of this agreement attributable to their actions.
16. Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal risk, security threats, payment default, fraud, or misuse.
- Upon termination, rights to use affected services cease immediately unless otherwise agreed.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise, disputes are handled under agreed commercial contract terms and competent jurisdiction clauses. Parties should first attempt good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
18. Export, Sanctions, and Trade Compliance
Users must comply with applicable export control, sanctions, and trade regulations. Services may be restricted where legal limitations apply.
19. Updates to This Agreement
We may revise this agreement to reflect legal, policy, service, and security changes. Updated versions are posted on this page with a new effective date.
